Scholarship eligibility:

1. Lakeview High School female senior grauating in 2026

2. accepted to/enrolled in a college or university

3. intent to complete a four-year program and earn a bachelor’s degree

Instructions:

2. Fill out the application neatly and completely; correct spelling and grammar are expected and will be considered in the assessment of your application.

3. Ask two people (one from an LHS teacher and one from a community member – no family members) to fill out a reference form from this website and submit it by Friday, May 15, 2026.

4. Submit your completed application by Friday, May 15, 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
